The main goal of the Conference is to provide a political and expert level platform to discuss the most important issues of oil, gas and chemistry sectors.
14th International Conference and Exhibition OIL-GAS-CHEMISTRY 2016 are organized in order to meet existing demand for discussion and exchange of experiences in a strategic energy sector.
The key strategic objectives of Poland – designated for the years 2016-2022 – are to ensure energy independence. These objectives are among main points of Plan for Responsible Development prepared by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Development Mateusz Morawiecki. Implementation of the Plan for Responsible Development provides not only energy independence, but also creates a real opportunity for the development of Polish companies in the energy sector and chemistry.
This year we will put special emphasis on building energy independence of the state in mining dimension, diversification of supply and efficient processing of energy resources. It will also focus on the prospects for the construction of the North Corridor in consultation with Norway and Denmark. The new development opportunities created for the fuel, energy and chemical branches by Plan for Responsible Development will be also important issues.
Every year, our conference focuses on current strategic issues being concern of Poland and global community including energy policy, energy security and the development of oil and gas sector in Poland. An undoubted success of this conference is the result of addressing the most interesting problems with the most significant players in political, economic and scientific life. This is a unique opportunity to meet with top-class specialists creating a forum for the exchange of thoughts, views and experiences. Every year among the participants are representatives of Polish Ministries, Polish offices and institutions, as well as Polish and foreign politicians and experts, companies, R&D institutes and media.
