Offshore Wind Energy Trends and Innovations: Market Overview and Examples from Norway
In 2020 Norway opened the first offshore renewable energy production areas on the Norwegian Continental Shelf.
This was the start of the implementation of the investment plan in the offshore wind energy sector, which aims to create 30 GW of wind farms in the North Sea by 2040.
