Polish Economic Chamber of Scaffolding
Polish Economic Chamber of Scaffolding was founded in 2004 r. It was transformed from Polish Scaffolding Companies Association. We consociate companies from the scaffolding industry: producers, designers, rental companies, assembly companies, trading and training companies, etc. We create space for exchanging knowlegde and experience in the scaffolding industry. We support scaffolding companies by, for example, providing reliable knowledge and participating in normalization and legislation works. We organize trainings raising technical staff’s qualifications. Sice 2005, we publish the „Rusztowania” („Scaffoldings”) quarterly. We organize events related to the scaffolding industry: the scientific-technical conference „Rusztowania” and the Scaffolding Forum. We’re one of the foundation members of the european scaffolding organization Union Europäischen Gerüstbaubetriebe (UEG).

We’re one of the foundation members of the european scaffolding organization Union Europäischen Gerüstbaubetriebe (UEG), which consociates european scaffolding companies and associations.
We make it easier to access the information about laws and regulations relating to scaffoldings in different countries (we took part in creating UEG publications: „Practical Guideline for the supply/provision and use of working and protective scaffolds” and „Practical Guideline “Risk assessment””). We have access to current information about standarization works on the european level (works of the European Committee for Standardization – Technical Committee 53: Temporary works equipment). Since our expert participates in UEG’s Work Groups, our members have the ability to express their comments about the works and projects on the international level. They also receive important information about different scaffolding certifications or training systems – informations crucial for companies wanting to sell or rent scaffoldings or carry out work in different european countries.
