RPOL is present from 1959, since then we are producing plastic items and metal elements in Mielec. We are producer of: Polish multicooker Speedcook, thermostatic heads, welding assemblies also pipe centering clamps, temperature probes and acumulators disconnectors.
We can support you in both unit production and small / medium / large serial production both in metal parts and plastic elements.
Our Toolhouse and contructor biuro can design elements and tooling for production in our company.

Speedcook - multicooker and as a platform for your new machine

Speedcook is a sturdy machine which is easy to fix. It is a great help in kitchen. We can prepare different menu languages. Speedcook sucesfully can be used as:

We can make a new machine in base of Speedcook in the picture you can see a machine used for metalography cross-section which is made in base of Speedcook apliance!

Services - Injection moulding / Machining / Plastic metal processing / Toolhouse

Injection moulding - we proces all materials beside fluorine and chlorine-based materials e.g. PP, ABS, PA 6, PPS, PC, TPE, PS etc. both clear and with fillings e.g. glass fiber, carbon fiber etc. We enchance materials with masterbatches like colours, flame retardants, UV stabilization etc. We have machines up to 450 T of clamping force and 1 kg PS weight injection.
Machining - up to ϕ 350 mm and 100 by bar feeder. Milling single parts and series.
Pressing on 250 Tons - die pressing and cutting.

Pipe centering clamps

We are manufacturer of pipe centering clamps from 1/2" up to 9". Version 1/2-1" allows to weld 90 degrees connections. All elements are zinc-plated and construction of the elements allows to dissassemble it for repairs.
We are also interested in development of new solution for welding and another industries.
