We are a law firm based in western Poland working with new tech and creative companies both domestic and from abroad. We are a team of 15 lawyers working from offices in Poznan and Bydgoszcz. We have supported companies from USA, Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, UK, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Singapore, Hong Kong in their presence in their presence in Poland. It is one of the most important aspects of setting up local affiliate in IT sector - where companies often create local presence for gathering local talents.
