Our company has over 20 years of experience in injection of plastics and aluminum. All production processes are carried out entirely in-house in Poland. We have our own toolmaking department where we design, manufacture, and maintain all injection molds ourselves. This ensures not only the highest quality but also maximum transparency and supply security for our partners.

Injection molding production of plastic components
SIGERN specializes in contract manufacturing of plastic components using injection moulding technology. The company designs and builds its own injection moulds, offering a complete service – from design and prototyping to serial production. Modern injection machines (60–500 t) produce parts up to 2.7 kg. Quality is confirmed by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.
Production of aluminum components using high-pressure die casting
SIGERN provides contract manufacturing of aluminium die-cast parts. Its in-house tool shop designs and produces moulds tailored to customer requirements. Machines up to 700 t enable the production of precise components up to 4 kg. The company delivers end-to-end solutions – from concept to finished product.

We offer a fully integrated service — from concept to finished product. Thanks to our in-house design department and toolmaking facility, we handle the entire process: designing and producing injection molds, manufacturing parts by injection molding, and delivering them to our clients. Throughout contract production, we ensure all molds remain in constant production readiness, without external maintenance.
