We create sorting systems for mines, processing plants, chemical plants, and recycling plants that optimize production costs and increase the profitability of production processes by improving the quality of the final product. We utilize X-ray transmission (XRT) systems and AI to identify subtle differences in materials, enabling the effective separation of even the smallest, valuable particles.

Company offers

Coarse particle analysis and separation systems (grain size range from a few to several hundred millimeters) based on XRT, XRT, VIS, NIR, SWIR, 3D laser, and gamma analysis ensure the highest precision in particle separation. The CXR or OCXR system can be used for sorting coal, magnesite, quartz, metal ores, and other mineral resources, as well as recycled materials. These devices operate at throughputs ranging from tens to several hundred tons per hour, with a precision of 95-99%.

CXR-1000

CXR series represents the complex and robust sensor based sorting systems, used for the analysis, identification and sorting of particles based on different physical properties. The system is operating in dry mode, thus it does not require any use of water.

OCXR-1000

The OCXR series is a complex and robust particle identification and sorting system based on sensors that create two analysis systems: a CXR sensor and an RGB or SWIR sensor. The system operates in dry mode, eliminating the need for water.

Typical applications include:
– Pre-concentration of coal, metal ores, and other minerals
– Implementing sorting in traditional processing plants
– Processing ore waste
– Recycling of various materials

LSX-400

Scanning system LSX-400 series provides a wide range of test possibilities to characterise and separate different materials.
Use of XRT and XRF technology combined with Comex analysis software allows a wide range of analyses tests of minerals.
Installed software enables for analysis directly on the LSX-400 or send information to operator laptop.
Installed analysis configurations enable carry out multiple analyses.
This information can further be used for industrial scale sorting systems.
