Participants will learn about the Polish meat industry and have a chance to meet with the largest meat processors and meat processing association in Poland.
Special guests from the CFIA, OMAFRA, and private sector will discuss import requirements, documentation, inspection processes, market trends, and regulatory issues facing the meat industry in Canada and Poland. The event will end with a networking lunch.
