We specialize in assembly, manufacturing, welding, maintenance, and repair services. We carry out projects in accordance with schedules and technical documentation provided by our clients. We manufacture structural components and forms made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and special steels. Our services also include surface treatment, coating, and other technological processes.
We hold the following certifications: PN-EN 1090-1 and 1090-2, PN-EN 3834-2, PN-EN 13480, and ISO 9001.

Company offers

We produce silos, tanks, cyclones, pipelines, collectors, pumps, platforms, various types of frames and sheet-metal enclosures, supports, dryers with internal installations, depressurized and pressurized vessels, discharge ducts, chimneys, etc.

Made of 15 mm thick S355J2+N steel plates; in the area of the running rings (tyres), 30 mm thick 16Mo3 steel plates were used. The rings were supplied by the customer, and their installation was included in our scope of work.

Pump Stations

Fabrication of piping assemblies made of P265GH pressure vessel steel.
Execution in accordance with EN 13480 (Category 0 and Category I).
The welding process was carried out using the TIG method.

TR Housing Assembly

Fabrication of the assembly from carbon steel grade S235JR (frame); the dryer shell manufactured from austenitic stainless steel grade 1.4404.

The welding process was carried out using MAG / TIG methods.
