COOLS ice cream can be stored in standard freezers (-18°C), without the need
for specialized refrigeration systems. This significantly saves space, energy and
operating costs.

Ice cream dots
Cools ice cream is ice cream balls that we make using liquid nitrogen.
We use only high-quality ingredients and flash-freeze them into various-sized balls. Our ice cream is frozen very quickly at extremely low temperatures—197°C to be exact. Liquid nitrogen is used only in the production process of our unique balls.
You'll never find liquid nitrogen in our products or where you buy them.
