Our specialty are solutions using wireless communication / radio frequencies (in particular LoRaWAN, NB-IoT, LTE-M, but not only). WiRan (www.wiran.pl) is a HARDWARE AND FIRMWARE DESIGN OFFICE, offering:
1) RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES (R&DaaS). This means that we create individual hardware solutions tailored to the project
2) a wide range of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) tests and pre-certification ("WiRan ELAB"),
3) rental of the so-called clean room, compliant with ISO 7 ("WiRan CleanRoom"),
4) we also produce for the SPACE INDUSTRY: antennas, diplexers, splitters, couplers for L, S, X bands.

ASA - S-band Antenna

WiRan S-band antenna provides full-duplex communication for data transmission and TM&TC. The antenna is designed to operate in 2025-2290 MHz band. Good polarization quality over broad beam width in both RX and TX is provided by one single antenna.

EMC testing

WiRan offers EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) testing as well as RFI (radio frequency interference) services in Gdynia, Poland. WiRan is the operator of the ELAB in PPNT in Gdynia, Poland. Our measurement laboratories enable us to carry out accurate and comprehensive measurements of high and low frequency electronics. Our lab infrastructure consists of one of the biggest Faraday cages in the area, a climatic chamber, just to name a few.

R&D as a service

At WiRan Poland we support commercial as well as public (municipalities, cities) clients with RnD as a Service. What does that mean? For instance we take our client’s existing product (Hardware) and add comprehensive RF functionalities to it. We basically make the device “talk”, which in turn can improve the UX as well as increase efficiency gains for our client.
