The Investor Tax Service Center is a unit operating within the Ministry of Finance. Its role is to provide investors with support on tax matters related to their investments. Thanks to the Investor Tax Service Center, investors can obtain information on various taxes and tax-related issues in one place.
The Center’s main tasks include responding to investor inquiries regarding tax law regulations, handling applications for investment agreements, cooperating with other institutions supporting investment in Poland, providing information to investors (through information materials, webinars, and other activities).
Areas of export support
The Center primarily supports key Polish and foreign investors – that is, those planning to launch investments worth at least PLN 50 million in the territory of Poland. However, the Center also offers support to smaller investors.
Investors may send inquiries related to tax law to a dedicated email address. After receiving the inquiry, the Center prepares a comprehensive response (in Polish or English). If necessary, the Center arranges a meeting to provide detailed information and clarify any concerns. Meetings may be held in person or online.
The Center supports investors by providing information about Polish tax regulations. If the inquiry also involves non-tax matters, the Center strives to ensure coordinated assistance. This is possible thanks to the Center’s cooperation with numerous entities, including the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy, Regional Investor and Exporter Service Centers, and tax administrations of other countries.
