We offer production and regeneration of technical parts which include various rollers, wheels, screening mats, plates, tubes, bars, rings, seals, nozzles, hydrocyclones, scrapers, grippers, bumpers, press dies, pulleys, coupling elements, guiding and gliding elements, profiles, pigging for pipe cleaning and many others. Our customized polyurethane (PUR) can be used in: transportation and handling materials, parts under dynamic or static load, screening, assembly lines and many more.

Polyurethane wheels
We do polyurethane or vulkollan coatings on wheels with either plastic or metal rims or directly on bearings. We offer both regeneration or production of complete rollers and wheels according to the customer's drawing or pattern. Our wheels are durable and do not damage the surface.We produce PU wheel coatings i.a.: driving wheels, heavy-duty wheels, forklift tyres,friction wheels, feed wheels, hold-down wheels, band saw wheels, pump wheels, pulleys, and many more rubberised wheels and rolls.
Polyurethane rollers
We offer polyurethane for many industrial applications: transport rollers, brake rollers, squeeze rollers, varnishing rollers, pressure rollers, deflecting rollers, feed rollers, drive rolls, feeding rolls and many more. The hardness ranges from 10 Shore A to 75 Shore D, with properties like high resistance to wear and cut.Standard recoating can be done on the lengths up to 4000 mm and with an outside diameter reaching 835 mm. We also produce various roller linings, e.g. with grooved surfaces.
Polyurethane plates and mats
Additionally, we specialize in manufacturer of high durability replacement screening mats for all flip-flow screening machines. We can achieve high precision on these mats through our machining and precise punching of the openings. Our mats are:
